Submission of reports

A. End-of-activity report

The activity organisers should submit an end-of-activity report to the HKTC Secretariat within two months of completion of the activities together with verifiable proofs of activities such as photographs, samples of the publicity leaflets, copies of admission tickets, etc. To ensure that applicant organisations do no receive public funding support from other sources for the approved budget, EDB reserves the right to examine the records and accounts of the organisations.

For activities spanning a period of over 6 months, a mid-term progress report should also be submitted, together with a statement of income and expenditure, to the HKTC Secretariat.

B. Financial report

  • For subventions of $100,000 and below, grantees must submit to the HKTC Secretariat a self-certified financial statement of the activities together with original copies of certified receipts two months after completion of the activities. The receipts should be signed by the persons responsible for organising the activities.
  • For subventions over $100,000, grantees should submit a financial report prepared by a certified public accountant to the HKTC Secretariat within two months of the completion of the activities.
